Regional Greek Diocesan Center
The recently opened Greek Orthodox Diocesan Center in Glendale, CO - owned by the Greek Orthodox Church under the direction of His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah - now serves as the regional office and conference facility for the Church's Western Region. The masonry and timber structure was designed by Ekona Architecture + Planning as the architect and RWC as the structural and civil engineers. PCL Construction was the general contractor. Included among the many unique engineering solutions required by the site were "shared" jurisdictional fire hydrants - shared with the Denver Water Department - which saved the Owner approximately one-quarter of a million dollars. 
Design Electric Headquarters

The new home of electrical contractor Design Electric Company rests on a 1.5-acre site in the Centennial East Corporate Center Subdivision. Civil engineering of all land improvements were completed by RWC whose services included site layout, grading, utilities and drainage. Engineering for both the utilities and drainage improvements required special and close coordination with the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority since the site is adjacent to the Windmill Creek 100-year floodplain. The 16,000 square foot office and warehouse building was designed by DMC2H Architects and built by Ponderosa Construction.
