Centennial East Facility
RWC provided both the civil and structural engineering for DMC2H Architects, designers of the state-of-the-art headquarters and warehouse facility for
City Lighting Products Company - a manufacturer of commercial lighting products. The complex, located in the Centennial East Corporate Center Subdivision in Arapahoe County, was built by Calahan Construction. RWC civil services - site layout, grading, utilities, drainage improvements, and coordination of on-site parking, storage and truck docks - required special coordination with the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority.
Window Pond
Designed by the RTO Group and constructed by Denver Commercial Builders, Metropolitan Glass' new 31,600 square foot office-assembly-warehouse facility in Adams County is located on 2.2 acres. All the site design and civil engineering services were completed by RWC, including layout, grading, utilities and drainage. 64th Avenue was widened to meet County standards as part of the overall site improvements and a 38,000 cubic yard retention pond - to handle site runoff - was designed for the window company to provide landscaping features, enhancing the aesthetics of the site.
