E x p a n s i o n
Fiddler's Green Office Center Complex. Two 216,000 square foot, 6-story office buildings with a 560,000 square-foot parking garage have beeen completed for this three-building campus. The cost was $38 million. The garage is designed for future expansion of an additional two levels on one side. The owner is Fiddler's Green Center, LLC, and the architect is Fentress Bradburn. The contractors are DPR Construction and Pinkard Construction. RWC provided the structural engineering design.

Cheesecake is how it all began... Situated on a lake in Humble, Texas, Lawler Bakery is baking goodies on two levels and 48,000 square feet.
The tilit-up and precast buliding is slab-on-grade and has open spans for added flexibility to accomodate large bakery carts. Lawler Architects designed the building for Carol & Bill Lawler, owners. The contractor was TAS of Spring, Texas. Structural design was provided by RWC.
